GIS Group needed flawless bilingual access for 300 corporate leaders at an offline conference in Taiwan.
Early Palabra Broadcaster tests showed Mandarin translation accuracy was below expectations. Our team used GIS Group’s feedback to fine-tune the engine, train the model, and achieve high-quality translation.
On show day, delegates scanned a QR code, selected their preferred language, and instantly received synchronized subtitles plus headphone audio in their chosen language. Additionally, translated captions were displayed on the main event screen for maximum accessibility.
